AI Product Engineer

Casper Studios is an AI product studio partnering with enterprises and startups to tastefully implement AI where it’s actually needed. We’re a dense team with experience from Shopify, LinkedIn, Bain, and Microsoft. Our clients include hedge funds, professional services firms, Fortune 500 entertainment companies, leading non-profits, PE-backed tech companies, and top-20 publishers.

We also incubate our own products such as our popular Chrome extension, which serves over 20,000 users by supporting content creation and summarization, and our more recent voice journal AI application. We built one of the most used AI voice activations after ChatGPT, including a real-time voice experience for major entertainment franchises that have reached hundreds of thousands of users globally.

As a bootstrapped, global team, our focus is on building a business that generates cash flow. We reinvest our profits to support personal growth, our families, our communities, and our customers. We’re not aiming to be a billion-dollar unicorn; our priority is to help customers, do great work, and grow sustainably with healthy margins.

About the role

We are building a curated network of elite AI Product Engineers for project-based partnerships. Please note: This is an application to join our talent pool, not an immediate full-time opening.

We review applications on a rolling basis. You will only be contacted when a specific opportunity arises that aligns with your unique profile, expertise, and availability.

When that match happens, accepted members become our "first call" for high-impact client work or innovative internal ventures. This model offers you the flexibility to choose engagements that fit your schedule while giving us access to top-tier talent for critical builds.
